Take a quiet moment, draw one card and turn it face up with its name at the top. Look at the image, its name and its archetype.

Read the concise essence, then the overview. Consider both the helpful qualities and the shadow or warning in relation to your question.

Add context
For a fuller reading, follow a spread in the storybook. Its three-card method considers the present circumstance, the path towards hopes and desires, and the spiritual outcome.
Go deeper: the seven-card Divine Wheel
The companion’s HEART ID spread places one card at the centre and six around it. Each position asks a different question; the adjoining symbols add context. This is a brief orientation, not the complete reading instructions.
